Metraseal Wall Penetration Seals
Product Types
The MetraSeal Pipe Wall Penetration Seal quickly creates a mechanical water-tight seal, filling the space around any round pipe including concrete, steel, plastic, cast iron, copper, and electrical conduit to name a few. The modular seal design creates a permanent hydrostatic seal rated at 20 psig (40 feet of head), sealing out ground water while absorbing noise and dampening vibration.
Easy Installation in 3 Steps

Wrap the belt around the pipe. Then connect the first and last links.

Slide the assembly into the
space between the pipe and
wall.

Gradually and sequentially tighten the bolts. Tighten each bolt 2-3 turns making multiple passes completely around the pipe until the seal is secure. You should see the rubber bulge between the pressure plates. Do not cross tighten. The MetraSeal links expand to create a gas and water tight seal.
